Aireal A. Williams is a Preschool Teacher, mentor, and entrepreneur.  She holds an Associate Arts Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in Early Childhood Education, a Certification in Barbering from Bonner’s Barber College and a Teaching Permit from the State of California.   Her 10+ years of experience in her many professions have allowed her to develop a deep understanding the various ways she can contribute to the success of other mentees in a humble and selfless manner. Her leadership as Program Coordinator for Mayor Eric Garcett’s Summer Night Gang Youth and Development Program has resulted in the positive impact of how at-risk youth plan for their future. She has been successful in helping others start their own business, as well as inspired teens to complete high school and seek a college education.
