DARIN EARLEY, Ed.D.

Darin Earley, Ed.D.is the former Director of the Loyola Marymount University (LMU) Family of Schools, a part-time professor in the LMU School of Education, a Clear Credential Coach for Biola University, an Equity/Inclusion workshop facilitator and founder of Bridge Builders Network (Darin Earley, Inc.) Educational Consulting. A former teacher, secondary administrator, and human relations facilitator, Dr. Earley has committed his career to the promotion of student-centered instruction, fostering collaborative leadership, and developing cohesive schools and organizations. As former Director of the LMU Family of Schools, he maintains this focus while managing various programs and grant-funded projects that support 15 partner schools. 

Dr. Earley honed his skills in developing positive relationships and improving interpersonal communication with people from varied backgrounds as a teacher in south Los Angeles. Via interactive workshops, professional development, incentive/recognition programs, and teambuilding exercises, he challenges others to rethink how they communicate, collaborate, and contribute to the health and productivity of their organization. With an emphasis on motivation and learning, he possesses a unique ability to support educators and other professionals in developing sustainable practices that maximize inputs and improve outcomes. 

 

Dr. Earley has designed curriculum and courses focused on leadership, teacher preparation, and parenting. He has conducted numerous workshops and given a variety of keynote presentations on equity, community building, leadership, supporting at-risk youth, and partnership development. A native of Los Angeles, and graduate of Howard University, Dr. Earley has a master’s degree in Educational Administration and a doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of Southern California, with a concentration in Educational Psychology.  He is an author, a regular speaker for conferences and school district events, a husband, father of five, serves on several boards, and is active in the community.
